Rachel E. Baar, MD

Dr. Rachel Baar is a 2003 graduate of the University of Utah School of Medicine. She is affiliated with the Intermountain Medical Center, the LDS Hospital, and the Primary Children’s Hospital as well. Dr. Baar is currently part of the Intermountain Memorial Clinic team.
