Raymond E. Carter, MD

Dr. Carter is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, certified in Basic Life Support. Dr. Carter holds current medical licenses in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. Dr. Carter is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Medical Society of Delaware. He has made presentations concerning health-care costs, quality, systems, and safety; childhood and adult vaccinations, autism screening, seasonal allergies, congenital heart disease, and advanced transition care concepts. His undergraduate clinical experience includes cardiac rehabilitation, phlebotomy, and work as an emergency medical technician.
