Revolu, a modern day taqueria and bar. Revolu’s concept is a modern day interpretation of the “street” food and drinks that were a part of Jeremiah’s upbringing. Revolu’s mission is to utilize local businesses for fresh produce, meats/cheeses and grocery. The drink menu has been created to compliment the eclectic food menu, some offerings include; agua fresca, hand crafted margaritas, majority Mexican beers in bottle and on tap. A made from scratch food and drink menu is a commitment that the owners insist upon.
