Richard C. Rothman

Dr. Richard Rothman is well-known for becoming one of the earliest excimer laser certified surgeons in Northern California in 1995. In addition, he is also currently certified on virtually all major FDA-approved excimer laser systems in use today. Dr. Rothman has already performed 30,000 LASIK procedures as well.
