Sarah Lord

In 2009, when Sarah completed her education at the Florida College of Natural Health and received her license, she joined the team at Balance Orlando. Since then Sarah has enhanced her skills through continuing education in a variety of therapeutic modalities adding Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Certified Prenatal Massage to her repertoire. Sarah’s modalities are, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Gua Sha Scraping and Prenatal Massage.
