Sheila LaSella, LMT

Sheila went to study Massage Therapy and Polarity Therapy  at Spa Tech Institute in Ipswich, Mass. She is a Connecticut State Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Polarity Therapist. She is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage &  Bodywork and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. She also participates in the Reiki Volunteer Program at Yale New Haven Hospital.
