Sheila Savaiinaea

Sheila has been in Ogden doing spa therapy for ten years. She attended Sensory Develoment where she became a licensed esthetician and massage therapist. She then went on to attend Utah College of Massage Therapy. To further her knowledge and understanding of the human body she took classes in advanced anatomy and physiology at the University of Utah. Sheila is one of few people in the state of Utah to have gone through a structural integration program, also known as Rolfing.
