Slater Mill Historic Site

The Old Slater Mill National Historic Landmark is the cornerstone of the Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park, established by Congress in 2014. Because of its exceptional value in illustrating the industrial heritage of the United States of America, the Slater Mill Historic Site was designated a National Historic Landmark District in the 1970’s by the U.S. Department of the Interior, and the National Park Service.
