Sonia Beauchamp- LMT
Sonia has been studying massage and bodywork for over fifteen years. Her education also includes psychology, spirituality, and meditation. Through her own ongoing experiences of personal growth, she hopes to help others find ways in which to transform their daily lives and find inner peace. In addition to her massage services, Sonia is also certified in stress management techniques, such as meditation and breath work and is also a certified newborn massage instructor.
