Spartan Hall of Fame Cafe

The Spartan Hall of Fame Café opened during the fall of 2007. They have a very extensive menu with a number of signature items including Caramelized Salmon, Bourbon Chicken, Hall of Fame Salad, Steakhouse Filet Salad,  as well as Choice Grilled Steaks and of course,  their Premium BBQ Baby Back Ribs. They are well equipped for more casual dining events and have an extensive menu of fresh Burgers (Spicy Avocado Burger is a recent addition), Sandwiches, Wraps, Fish Tacos as well as items like Gourmet Mac’n Cheese, Homemade pastas, and Pizzas.
