Steve has more than 30 years of audit and business consulting experience, serving private and public companies. He has led audit services and other engagements for clients in a range of industries, including oilfield services, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, construction industries, and investment funds. A number of his current clients operate in foreign markets. Steve has managed teams delivering compliance services in connection with initial and secondary capital raising and is experienced in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and accounting matters. Steve also focuses on providing transactional services to private equity and mezzanine fund clients.
