The Strudl Haus is an authentic Central European Restaurant and Bakery, the creation of Chef Michael Leo, a European trained chef and sommelier from Austria. They are proud to serve one of Des Moines largest and finest wine lists. Their menu is based on seasonal availability, just as they do in Austria. Everything they serve is created in their kitchen.
