Taqueria El Azteca was founded in October, 2000. Their continued success is based upon their 10 year old formula: tacos made with handmade tortillas served with fresh vegetables and a smile. Unlike their larger competitors, they prepare their food on a much smaller scale. Their goal is quality mexican food, not mass-production.
