Teri Bellairs

Teri’s graduate and post graduate work included a four year internship with Soft Tissue Therapy in Opelika, Alabama, certification in the St. John Method of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, and membership in the American Massage Therapy Association. Nationally certified in massage and bodywork therapy in 1990, Teri also became one of the first 3 people to receive a NC state license from the newly established Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy in 1999. Continuing education courses have included advanced training in neuromuscular massage therapy, cadaver dissection, active isolated stretching, myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy, pre and peri natal massage and supplemental courses on the psychology of pain, nutrition, pathology and radiology.
