Terry P. Halley, CPA

Terry is a founding partner in the firm of Halley & Murray, CPAs, PC. Terry is a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of experience in accounting, tax, financial planning and consulting. Terry practiced financial planning for 20 years before entering the accounting field. Working as a financial planner provided him with specialized education and experience in fields that are important to any operating entity. He helped companies establish qualified retirement plans, group health plans, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. He has an expert level understanding of life insurance and investments. Terry prepares individual, small business, trust and estate tax returns and he provides tax consulting in all of these areas. He also prepares financial plans, performs business valuations, and provides litigation support services including expert testimony.
