Terza was created in the spirit of Dell’ Anima which means “soul of the pasta” and celebrating the bountiful flavors of Italy with friends & family. They are committed to Organic Glen plum tomatoes, sustainable Norwegian salmon, fresh fish and wild caught calamari. All of their recipes, fresh pastas and desserts are hand-crafted in house with amoré.
