The Preservation Society

For over forty years, the Preservation Society has worked to maintain the 18th and 19th century character of these historic structures. The Society operates, without cost to the city of Baltimore, the Design Review Committee mandated by legislation covering these two areas. The Society continues to this day operating for charitable and educational purposes in the renewal and preservation of both Fell’s Point and Federal Hill as areas of particular historical and architectural significance for the benefit, education and appreciation of the general public
