Thomas Elmer, M.D.

Dr. Elmer completed his Pediatric Ophthalmic Fellowship training at SUNY-Buffalo Department of Ophthalmology. He is knowledgeable in cataract, Lasik, glaucoma, laser surgeries, and pediatric ophthalmology. He also went on an extended mission tour of Africa, performing a wide variety of complex eye surgeries.
