Dr. Harvey is a board certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with more than two decades of experience. Dr. Harvey’s practice covers the spectrum of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. His primary surgical interests include breast enhancement or reduction, facial rejuvenation, functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, body contouring, and breast reconstruction.
