Dr. Chakkalakal obtained her M.D., became Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics, and started her medical practice in New York. In addition to the clinical practice there, Dr. Tresa was also Chief of House Staff for the Department of Pediatrics at the Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center.
