Troy, joined Loucks & Glassley in 1993 and became a partner in 1999. Troy’s expertise in advising small businesses was acknowledged by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 1999 when it named him Montana Accountant Advocate of the Year. He consults with businesses on a wide range of tax planning matters as well as on start-up, continuity and exit strategies, credit and banking decisions, accounting controls, and software selection and training.
