As an audit and tax partner, Walter has developed a significant individual income tax practice while also working with a broad-based business clientele covering such areas as construction, agribusinesses, forestry, trucking, retail sales, computer technology, retirement plans, nonprofit organizations, municipalities and various other governmental entities. He has also served as an expert witness on a number of occasions in court cases involving such issues as municipal annexation, family law and civil arson defense. Walter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.
