Wendy Sherman, MD

Dr. Sherman, is board certified in neurology and neuro-oncology. After earning her medical degree from Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University, Chicago, Dr. Sherman completed her neurology residency, serving as chief resident, and her fellowship in neuro-oncology, also at Northwestern University. As a member of the Spectrum Health Brain & Spine Tumor Center multidisciplinary team, she provides highly sub-specialized care for patients with brain and spine tumors, including the management of complex medical issues associated with central nervous system tumors and neurological complications as the result of systemic metastases. Dr. Sherman’s clinical and research interests include gliomas, meningiomas, brain metastases, leptomeningeal disease, and epilepsy secondary to brain tumors.
