Russell’s experience includes the design and implementation of treasury systems, alternative financing structures and cash flow modeling. He also has worked in the captive management industry where he was responsible for managing over 30 clients with assets in excess of $500 million. Russell has performed due diligence and negotiations on numerous acquisitions and led the process of integration into the acquiring companies.
