Dr. Kerr graduated from the University of the Pacific in 1978 in San Francisco having gone to St. Lawrence University for his undergraduate studies. He completed a postgraduate program in 1993 in the surgical placement and prosthetic treatment of dental implants from The Boston Seminars in Implant Dentistry directed by the former chair of the Department of Implant Dentistry at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
