Pioneers Park Nature Center

Since 1963 the Nature Center has served the Lincoln area as an environmental education center and wildlife sanctuary. Eight miles of hiking trails wind through various habitats and take visitors past non-releasable raptor exhibits, as well as bison, elk, and white-tailed deer.

Island Oasis Water Park

The International Quilt Study Center & Museum is the world’s largest collection of publicly held quilts dating from the early 1700’s to present, the quilts represent more than 45 countries. Rotating exhibitions display gems from the collection and traveling exhibits.

Strategic Air and Space Museum

Ashland, NE

The Strategic Air & Space Museum is home to an extraordinary collection of aircraft and Cold War artifacts that make it one of the premier aviation museums in the nation. Lincoln Childern’s Zoo

The Lincoln Children’s Museum is a private non-profit, that receives no city, state or federal tax dollars. The Museum is a member of the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM). During your travels, the Lincoln Children’s Museum encourages you to visit other children’s museums throughout the country.

Its mission is “to enrich lives through firsthand interaction with living things.”
