KLMP 88.3 FM

Rapid City , SD

KLMP (88.3 FM), known as “The Light”, is a radio station in Rapid City, South Dakota airing a Christian format. KLMP signed onto the air in 1968 as KVSR-FM, which stood for “Keep Voicing the Savior’s Redemption”. After a change of ownership in 1992, the call letters were changed to KLMP. In 2002, the main transmitter was moved from Skyline Drive in Rapid City to Terry Peak, expanding the coverage area. On April 2, 2007 KLMP moved to 88.3 FM, swapping frequencies with KTPT, which is now on 97.9 FM.

KQRQ, known as “Q92.3”, is a radio station that airs a classic hits format in Rapid City, South Dakota. First air date was on 2002. Their slogan says “classic hits”.

Star 106.3

Rapid City , SD

KZLK (106.3 FM, “Star 106.3”) is a commercial radio station licensed to Rapid City, South Dakota. Owned by Duhamel Broadcasting Enterprises, it broadcasts an adult contemporary format.

KKMK

Rapid City, SD

KKMK (93.9 FM, “93.9 The Mix”) is a radio station in Rapid City, South Dakota, airing a hot adult contemporary format.

KOUT

Rapid City, SD

KOUT (98.7 FM, “Kat Country 98.7”) is a radio station licensed to serve Rapid City, South Dakota. The station is owned by HomeSlice Media Group, LLC. It airs a country music format.

KRCS

Rapid City, SD

KRCS (93.1 FM, “Hot 93.1”) is a radio station that airs a Top 40 (CHR) format in the Rapid City and the Black Hills area. The station is owned by HomeSlice Media Group, LLC, and is licensed to Sturgis, South Dakota.

97.9 The Breeze

Rapid City , SD

KTPT, known as “97.9 The Point”, is a radio station serving Rapid City, South Dakota and the surrounding region. The station airs a mix of upbeat, positive themed music. 97.9 The Point is owned by Bethesda Christian Broadcasting. 97.9 The Point signed onto the air on February 17, 2005 on 88.3 FM. In April 2007, KTPT switched dial positions with KLMP.

KDDX (101.1 FM, “X Rock”) is a radio station licensed to serve Spearfish, South Dakota. The station is owned by Duhamel Broadcasting Enterprises. It airs an Active Rock music format. The station was assigned the KDDX call letters by the Federal Communications Commission on April 28, 1995.

The Eagle

Spearfish, SD

KZZI (95.9 FM, “The Eagle”) is a radio station licensed to serve Belle Fourche, South Dakota, serving the Rapid City, South Dakota market. The station is owned by Duhamel Broadcasting and licensed to Western South Dakota Broadcasting, LLC. It airs a Country music format.
The station was assigned the KZZI call letters by the Federal Communications Commission on April 1, 1995.

95.1 KSKY

Rapid City , SD

KSQY (95.1 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a mainstream rock format. The station known as “K-SKY” is licensed to Deadwood, South Dakota and serves the Rapid City listening area. K-SKY is owned by Haugo Broadcasting, Inc. During the mid-1980s the K-SKY was one of the highest rated Album-oriented rock stations in the US. Through the years K-SKY has changed formats to Classic rock to Adult Album Alternative (AAA).
