Olivella’s Neo Pizza Napoletana

Olivella’s is one of only a handful of pizzerias in the world that serves two very distinct original styles of pizza: Southern Italian (Neapolitan) and Northern Italian (Roman). They bake their bread daily in their wood-burning ovens and make their cheese in-house as well. Their recipes are traditional and authentic, passed down from the 3rd oldest pizza family in Naples, Italy.
Cane Rosso

Cane Rosso adheres to the strict principles endorsed by the AVPN and serves the most authentic Neapolitan style pizza in the metroplex. Their fresh, never-frozen dough is made in-house every day, using all natural “OO” flour imported from Italy. The sauce for their pizzas is made from hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and their mozzarella is pulled fresh in-house daily. Cane Rosso pizzas are thin-crust, but are most definitely not “New York style.” Their pizzas are fired in their specially built wood-fired oven from Italy.
