Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory

The Friends of the Domes welcome you to the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory, also known as “The Domes”. The Domes, are the world’s only conoidal glass houses. The three Domes are home to flowers and plants from tropical and arid locations around the world. These architecturally unique structures are filled with plants and animals from different climates. Each Dome is almost a half of a football field wide and seven stories tall.

Milwaukee County Zoo

As one of the country’s finest zoological attractions, the Milwaukee County Zoo will educate, entertain and inspire you. Visit over 2,000 mammals, birds, fish, amphibians and reptiles in specialized habitats spanning 200 wooded acres. Explore educational wildlife shows, fun attractions and enticing special events.

Harley-Davidson Museum

Discovery World

Milwaukee, WI

Discovery World is located at Milwaukee, WI. It has a 120,000-square foot facility that comprises interactive science, technology and freshwater exhibits, learning labs, theaters, television and audio studios, and fresh and saltwater aquariums. This great place is wonderful for field trips and family tour.

Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum

Milwaukee, WI

Overlooking Lake Michigan, the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum was designed and built in the style of an Italian Renaissance villa by architect David Adler in 1923. The museum features fine and decorative arts dating from the 15th through the 18th centuries, wrought-iron masterpieces by Cyril Colnik, the Renaissance Garden, and changing exhibitions.

North Point Lighthouse

Milwaukee, WI

The North Point Lighthouse has a 74-foot tower and a Queen Anne-style Keeper’s Quarters. It’s located between two ravines in Lake Park on a two-acre semi-wooded parcel. Before its decommission in 1994, the Lighthouse contributed to Milwaukee’s trade and economic growth. It’s also one of the oldest structures that stands in the now-urban area.

Pabst Mansion

Milwaukee, WI

Built by the famed brewing family between 1890 and 1892, the Pabst Mansion remains one of the most elaborate houses constructed in the city, filled with rich details, original furnishings and an exceptional collection of fine and decorative arts.

Betty Brinn Children’s Museum

Milwaukee, WI
