Fringe Salon

Fringe Salon was born on September 8, 2008 as part of the city wide Philadelphia Fringe Festival. Since then, they have become a hair and art haven on East Passyunk Avenue. They offer top quality services and products in an intimate gallery environment. Their product line includes Wella Color, Special Effects color, Kevin Murphy, and Deva Curl products.
