Steven L. Blazar, MD

Dr. Blazar completed his orthopedic residency training at University of Massachusetts before pursuing a fellowship in Spine Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital. Today, Blazar is board-certified and is one of the first orthopedic surgeons in Rhode Island to be certified to perform total disc replacement surgery.
