Dr. Winter is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery and is a certified Makoplasty procedure provider. He and his team at WOSM are the first in Wyoming (and within a 100-mile radius) to utilize the innovative Makoplasty procedure for hip and knee replacement surgeries. Dr. Winter’s areas of specialty include joint reconstruction, trauma, sports medicine, and shoulder and knee arthroscopy.
