Kevin obtained his real estate licenses for Kansas and Missouri in 1984 and in 1988 he started and built one of the countries first “Buyer Agencies” and was instrumental in helping change the practice of real estate to how we know it today. He also created one of the first MLS Flat Fee programs for sellers in 1990.
