Major Ward

A Knoxville native, Major has been a licensed REALTOR for over twenty years. Having spent fifteen of that working for a builder in the area, Major has vast expertise in the new construction industry, but is quick to point out he enjoys helping in all areas of the home-buying process. While he holds an impressive list of communities in the area he’s proud to say he assisted in developing, his true passion is helping in all aspects. Whether it be working closely with a builder to build that dream home or scouring through lists of resales, his dedication to his clients is first and foremost.
