Jim Pendley

Jim Pendley is a consummate real estate professional with over 40 years of experience in all facets of the industry.  Jim launched his career in mortgage banking and by age 29 was President of a central Texas savings and loan association. During his career, Jim has represented sellers, buyers, borrowers, developers, financial institutions and the federal government in ranch, residential and commercial real estate markets with transactions in excess of $5 billion. He has founded companies in real estate development, mortgage brokerage, asset management and ranch land investments.
