Kristy Erwin Morency

Born and raised in NH Kristy is a wealth of knowledge on NH school systems, various neighborhoods, and what different towns have to offer. Fresh out of college the age of 22 Kristy purchased her first property, a multifamily in Manchester, NH. After two years of enjoying her career in real estate, she decided to get her broker’s license and start Erwin Real Estate. She strongly believes real estate is a great investment if done wisely and loves helping people to achieve this. She is a real enterprising person and likes to think outside of the box.
