Ashley Towns

Ashley is a real estate and management professional with over 18 years experience working in demanding, fast-paced environments. After graduating from the College of Charleston, she began her real estate career as the executive assistant to the developer of The Gates of Park West. Ashley served as the liaison between construction crews, future homeowners, and the developer. During her tenure she contributed to project planning, budgeting, analyzing problems, ensuring accountability, monitoring results, and proposing solutions to keep projects on track, and on budget. From 2004 to 2008, she served as vice president of operations for a Mount Pleasant real estate firm, and developed the office from inception to a fully operational six-agent firm. Ashley has great attention to detail, clear communication, and focus to “tasks at hand” that has resulted in many trusted relationships with Charleston buyers. Ashley obtained her broker license in 2010 from the South Carolina Association of Realtors as well as a Property Manager Certificate.
