Bill Castlen

Bill Castlen, CPM, COS, Realtor, is the Principal Broker and the President of Benchmark Properties, Inc. He has held his Kentucky real estate license and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1980. He is Owensboro’s only Certified Property Manager, a designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He also holds the Certified Occupancy Specialist designation from the National Center for Housing Management. Both property management designations have been held since 1989.
