Bill Myers
Bill’s career began in Southern California. He is originally from the San Gabriel Valley and graduated from Arcadia High School. In 1990, he graduated from California State University at Northridge with a degree in Communications. In school, he did competitive debate. Bill went into restaurant management and became a General Manager by the age of 26. After a series of promotions, Bill successfully ran several restaurants in the Bay Area while living in the wine country. Bill was eventually enticed to move to Las Vegas and in 1998; he was responsible for opening four restaurants at Mandalay Bay, including the opening of one of Las Vegas first major nightclubs, Rum Jungle. It was a huge success and helped ignite the current nightclub frenzy in Las Vegas. After Mandalay Bay, Bill was recruited by Caesars Palace to open their biggest restaurant CafĂ© Lago.
