Bruce D. Lane

Bruce has been practicing Real Estate Sales since 1986. His unique approach to listing properties is supported by his own in house maintenance department. Bruce started in the real estate business years ago preparing properties before they went on the market for sale. He was the guy who pulled up in the pick up truck and cleaned out the garage and basement and washed and waxed the floors. Fast forward over (20) years and you may still see him loading up a basement or two to get a house ready for sale.
