Dave Candido

Dave Candido of New Haven is a lifelong resident of New Haven County. He worked for a local construction company for several years, learning the ins and outs of new home construction. In 2002, Dave obtained his Real Estate license and since then has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes and attain their dreams of becoming homeowners. Dave’s market knowledge, negotiating skills and close relationships with his clients have contributed to his success as a realtor. In addition, he has completed courses in appraisal, quality service, ethics, and fair housing regulations.
