Dr. Rick Horak

In 2011, Dr. Horak took a sabbatical and completed a Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship in Birmingham, under the direction of world renowned orthopaedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews. Dr. Horak will continue practice Primary Care medicine as well Sports Medicine for all ages.
