Dr. Perlmutter’s practice focuses exclusively on disorders of the shoulder with particular interest in arthroscopic treatment of rotator cuff tears. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the prestigious American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Society, Dr. Perlmutter has published extensively and lectured both nationally and internationally on disorders of the shoulder.
