James Bill

James is a DC area native who discovered a love for Philly five years ago, after 20 years in Boston working within an assortment of real estate disciplines: architecture, construction management, marketing & sales, property acquisition, zoning and permitting, property management, financing and investment. He currently manages some of his own local development projects, and works with clients as a development consultant, construction manager, and salesperson. His project work has always shown a passion for architecture and building in urban environments, and his favorite work involves adaptive reuse of formerly industrial buildings with a focus on sustainability.
