John Bellio

John Bellio is the head of regional growth for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group. He has been in real estate for over 35 years and is one of the leading real estate professionals in Northern Indiana. John is very involved with the community and local real estate policy. He was President of FWAAR 2000, President of FWMLS 2001 and was supportive of the switch to the new Indiana Regional MLS. John focuses his time on improving and growing the company as well as providing his real estate expertise to family, friends, clients and other real estate professionals in the industry.
