Philippa began her real estate career in 2000 brokering high end residential properties, vineyards and wineries in the Napa Valley. Her love of real estate and enjoyment of the luxury service sector have made her career not only enriching but also successful, with six consecutive years as a national sales award winner for Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate, Ltd in the Bay Area of Northern California. Philippa also worked several years for Stribling and Associates in Manhattan in the luxury Co-/Townhouse sector.
