Richard Higgins has had the pleasure of being in the real estate business all of his life, nurtured from an early age in the art and science of providing clients with excellent service and results. He’s the fourth generation of the Higgins Family to make this his vocation. After receiving his real estate license at eighteen Richard has developed into a knowledgeable and true professional in the industry and is licensed in three states; Florida, Connecticut and New York.
