Richard Bean

Rick is a full time Realtor with the Hartmann Team. Rick has had a diverse set of roles in the real estate industry since 2004. Rick began his real estate career as an office administrator at RE/MAX before moving on to manage the sale of hundreds of foreclosure properties for most of the major national lenders. After several years working with foreclosures, he discovered that this type of transaction lacked the personal interaction and reward of getting to know and help new clients. Rick realized his true passion is in helping his clients navigate buying or selling a home. Rick’s focus is to deliver the best possible real estate experience by listening to, understanding and putting his client’s unique situations and needs first. Rick has exceptional real estate knowledge and an excellent ability to think outside of the box and problem solve.
