Sandra has been the Principal Broker of her own firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, Asher Realty & Appraisals, Inc., for 7 years. Prior to that she was an associate broker with Carpenter Realtors(GMAC) for 4 years. She has assisted buyers and sellers in residential, multi-family, vacant lot, new construction, and some commercial sales. Sandra has a career real estate sales total of over $32 million. In addition to selling real estate, she has been a licensed residential appraiser since 1997.
