Susan Martins-Phipps

Susan has been a R.I. Licensed Agent since 1978, a RI Certified, Residential Appraiser since 1993, a RI Certified Environmental Lead Technician since 2004, and a Massachusetts Licensed agent since 2009. Susan has taught real estate classes on the state and national levels. Her primary focus has been residential sales and appraisals and is consistently on the top 5 Sales teams in the Kent Washington Board of Realty.
